OUAT 7.12 A Taste Of The Heights: Regina Goes After Witch Killer.

More info about the upcoming Once Upon A Time episode , A Taste Of The Heights:

— Spoiler Alert —

Regina/Roni (Lana Parrilla) and her sister, Zelena/Kelly (Rebecca Madder), will hunt down the person killing witches in the upcoming episode of “Once upon a Time.”

In the episode titled “A Taste of the Heights,” the promo shows Regina extremely worried about the unexpected death of several witches. The first one to perish was the nurse who was taking care of Lucy (Alison Fernandez). After confirming that the child’s father was Henry (Andrew J. West), she keeled over, dead. The nurse was poisoned and the only clue to the culprit’s identity was the black leather gloves he/she was wearing.

Series co-creators Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis told TVLine that the secret killer storyline is going to be interconnected with the coven and Gothel’s/Eloise’s (Emma Booth) plot. They said, though, that this enigma would be unveiled quite soon. As for the shocking sacrifice of Victoria/Rapunzel (Gabrielle Anwar), the EPs said that the character died an honorable death. Gothel saved Drizella/Ivy (Adelaide Kane) and told her that all she wanted was for her and her sister, Anastacia (Yael Yurman) to be in good terms again.

“[She] originally was trapped in a tower and kind of became this villain, and yet in this moment in the relationship between Ivy and her… she was able to reclaim who she was. And I think that’s always been a message on the show, which is this is not a show where we expect you to be perfect. This is a show where we all say, ‘OK, every day we make mistakes, but it’s how you come back from them.’ So we felt like that was a fitting ending,” Kitsis explained.

Meanwhile, the episode will also see Tiana (Mekia Cox) on the day of her coronation. It will be ruined when she is forced to go to the Bayou after an ugly confrontation with Dr. Facilier (Daniel Francis). Once there, an unexpected encounter will turn her world upside down. It looks like Tiana is finally going to meet her prince.

“Once Upon a Time” season 7 airs Fridays at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.

OUAT: 7.11 Secret Garden – Sneak Peek: Can Regina and Zelena Really Break the Curse?

OUAT: 7.11 Secret Garden – Sneak Peek: Can Regina and Zelena Really Break the Curse?

In the midseason premiere, young Lucy is unconscious from a mysterious illness with parents Jacinda and Henry sitting by helplessly. But, as fans of OUAT know, there’s always a curse that needs to be broken, and this time is no different—except if ending the curse will kill Henry and not ending the curse will kill Lucy.

Also in the episode, Robin gets closer to Mother Gothel , which could end up being more dangerous than she realizes. Things also come to a head between Victoria and Ivy.

But, back to breaking that curse. Whatever will Regina and Zelena do when it seems someone will have to die no matter what they do?

Message From Lana following the OUAT news

Lana took to Instagram to thank the fans, cast & crew of Once Upon A Time:

I’ll never forget the day I walked in to audition as Evil Queen Regina for Eddy and Adam. I was wearing all black (of course) and had this crazy, dreadlock looking wrap draped over my shoulders. I had no idea where this pilot was going to go but I knew it was something special. I walked out of the audition room and down the hall was an old photograph of the OG Evil Queen herself. I knew then, something magical was about to begin.
It’s been 7 years now and I couldn’t be prouder of what we all have created. Adam and Eddy had this crazy idea in their minds years ago and it turned into a fantastical phenomenon. This show has touched so many people’s lives, changed them for the better, has inspired us to grow in ways we never could’ve imagined. It’s brought hope, joy, friendships and love to so many. I am lucky and blessed to have been a part of it for 7 years. I want to thank the cast, our incredibly, hard working crew and the writers for your dedication and hard work over the years. Thank you to the studio and network for believing in us, supporting us and giving us a home to tell our stories. But most importantly, I want to thank our fans. We honestly wouldn’t be here without your love, support and loyalty to ONCE. Thank you for standing by us all of these years. We hope we’ve made you proud and that the magic this show has brought in to your lives never dies. Thank you for all you’ve given back to us in return and always remember to keep that magic alive. Signed with love, respect, gratitude and honor, Lana ❤️ #OUAT 🙏

Lana Parrilla on Sean Maguire’s return to OUAT

Lana Parrilla on Sean Maguire’s return to OUAT

Lana not only talked to Cosmopolitan (scroll down to read that interview) but she also talked to Entertainment Weekly. She talked about how Regina could react when she finds out about Emma’s vision, what The Evil Queen might be up to and she also talks about the return of Sean Maguire to the show! You can read the full article below!

Lana Parrilla is pulling double duty this season on Once Upon a Time.

After separating and trying to destroy her evil half, Regina (Lana Parrilla) is now facing the consequences head-on as the Evil Queen aims to destroy everyone’s happy endings in Storybrooke. Will Regina be able to stop her? EW turned to Parrilla to get the scoop:

How will Regina continue to struggle with trying to find who she is now without her dark half?
It’s a journey for her. There’s still some big lessons ahead that she’s hasn’t quite learned yet. She’s going down that path now. The biggest lesson I could say for her is that you really can’t get rid of your darkness. That’s something that she has to learn, and unfortunately the hard way — and everyone else is paying for it, too. [Laughs] One decision affects everyone, the whole neighborhood. She’s struggling with that a bit. Right now, our heroes have been thrown into action and that’s where Regina is right now in this upcoming episode. She’s thrown into action and she’s assisting Dr. Jekyll to come up with a serum so she can take out her other half, the Evil Queen. That’s where she is in this episode. Continue reading

Lana Parrilla on Whether or Not Regina Is Ready to Move On From Robin Hood

Lana Parrilla on Whether or Not Regina Is Ready to Move On From Robin Hood

Lana was interviewed by Cosmopolitan and she talked about the relationship between Regina & Zelena, what to expect from the upcoming episode and if she thinks Regina will be ready for a new love interest. You can read the interview below!

The heroes of Storybrooke have spent the last few seasons of Once Upon a Time dealing with people from other realms — Neverland, Arendelle, and Camelot, for example — but this year the conflict is a little more homegrown. After Regina split herself from the Evil Queen side of her persona in the season-five finale, it seemed like she might finally get a little peace, but of course the Queen rematerialized and returned to Storybrooke to wreak havoc. Lana Parrilla, who plays both the Queen and her better half (and gets the absolute best outfits on Once), recently talked to about the upcoming episode “Strange Case” and just how heavy those fabulous dresses are. All glamour comes with a price!

Last week, Regina tried to bribe Mr. Hyde only to find that the Evil Queen had already gotten to him. Do you think Regina has kind of lost her edge now that she’s excised her evil half?

She just has to be a bit smarter, kind of ahead of the curve a bit. The Evil Queen has an upper hand. She is a great manipulator, and Regina has to start tapping into that part of herself that used to think that way. I’m just thinking of that scene, and I remember playing it as Regina seeing Mr. Hyde sitting there eating the steak and having a Chianti. It’s really comical. I think that also says a lot about the Evil Queen. She’s funny! There’s a humor to her and it’s charming. At least I think it is. Continue reading
